Where are you from? Italy? Not sure on how the league regulations look translated to Italian with Google Translator, but we've been told that look good on English.

Yes, I'm Italian from Milan.
I have read the rules and understand enough with google translator. Since I can not be certain to be there every Sunday better if I register as a reserve and participate when I'm available. I do not understand why I'm so behind the times of the race but I'm sure though to amuse himself during races. Tell me what car I have to choose, thanks.
P.S. I would like to try your setup to see if it's my that's not good or bad is my guide

Actually there are no open seats in teams, so you have to race as reserve. The car for reserves is called "Generic Car" ("Coche Generico" in Spanish).
