Re: Comentarios GP De Azerbaiyán 2025
What a race with so many turn araunds.
Again, no time for testing, preparation or seting up the car. Literally on Saturday did 6 laps for a basic setup just to try get some decent balance, then on Sunday did the rest of the bare minim laps to be able to qualify and try the car filled up to the top and that's it.
Qualifying wasn't awful considering all this with 8th time.
The start was dramatic for some cars around me but I just tried to get away with any accidents there. Surprisingly I was pretty much keeping up with some pace at p6 for a while with the Medium compounds when it started to rain right on time when it was about the same time I had to change them. Out with the intermediums and it was looking pretty good, the rest of the cars infront of me seemed to struggle so I was catching up when in lap 14 Valseninha looks like didn't see me flying past on his right side on the fast straight before the pit entry and closed me down against the wall causing an accident that spun me and broke my front wing. So I thought everything's over from that point. But then it appeared that the rest of the drivers also struggled with different issues and then finally the safety car was the biggest gift of all at the end. I pitted to repair the car and new inters and out at p7 before the restart when right after that I quickly fought up to the 3rd place.
I mean races like this are just making these events so much fun for me.
See you hopefully on Singapore when again I'll try to do just with the bare minimum for testing.

Re: Comentarios GP De Azerbaiyán 2025
Well, a terrible race for me, as I already said. I had high expectations. The car felt very quick in the dry. In practice and Q1 the car was fantastic, but then, out of nowhere, its behavior changed. It started oversteering and Q2 became difficult.
Then in the race I was being very careful and suddenly the car understeered—I still don’t understand why. Later, when the rain came, I obviously had too little wing and it was impossible to keep pace.
So once again a race where I had excellent speed ended up in the trash.
I need to understand these changes in the car’s behavior. Since Canada the car has been better, so we’ll try to improve for Singapore somehow.
