Sanciones GP de Hungría 2021

Los comisarios y la organización desean felicitar a todos los pilotos por una salida tan limpia.

Piloto sancionado: Jumasava69
Sanción: DQ
Motivos: Infracción del punto 9.8 del reglamento. Durante la Q1 (T. 2:50), tiene un accidente fuerte y regresa a boxes sin alerón trasero ni delantero, volviendo a salir a pista después. Esta conducta no está permitida.

Piloto sancionado: Roberto Marino
Sanción: 2 puntos
Motivos: Infracción del punto 6.2 del reglamento. Habla por el chat del servidor durante la sesión de Clasificación.

Piloto sancionado: Roberto Marino
Sanción: 1 punto
Motivos: Infracción del punto 15.2 del reglamento. Entra al servidor de carrera durante la sesión de Clasificación pese a no poder participar en el GP al no estar pre-clasificado, y pese a haber sido avisado de ello por el chat del servidor de prácticas antes del GP.

Piloto sancionado: Valsenninha
Sanción: 3 puntos
Motivos: Infracción del procedimiento de parque cerrado y vuelta de formación. Después de la clasificación, rompe el parque cerrado y no avisa a la organización, que al recolocar parrilla para aplicar sanciones desconoce el hecho y restaura su puesto original, causando un hueco en la parrilla. En lugar de salir desde boxes, sale a pista y realiza la vuelta de formación, entrando en la calle de boxes al final de la misma y colocándose en el semáforo de boxes. Como no realiza una parada en su cajón de boxes, el simulador espera un tiempo y le recoloca en parrilla, y debido a todos estos hechos, hace esperar a todos los pilotos en la parrilla. Finalmente, toma la salida desde la parrilla al haber sido obligado, pero realiza un DT voluntariamente. Los comisarios estiman que, pese a haber fallado en su procedimiento, no ha obtenido ninguna ventaja de tiempo, e incluso lo ha perdido, y valoran la sanción auto impuesta junto con los puntos que se le aplican como castigo suficiente. Además, estiman que será necesario aclarar el procedimiento de parque cerrado y salida desde boxes en el reglamento.

Penalized driver: Jumasava69
Sanction: DQ
Reasons: Infringement of point 9.8 of the regulation. During Q1 (T. 2:50), he had a strong accident and returned to the pits without the rear wing and front wing, returning to the track later. This behavior is not allowed.

Penalized driver: Roberto Marino
Penalty: 2 points
Reasons: Infringement of point 6.2 of the regulation. Write on the server chat during the Qualifying session.

Penalized driver: Roberto Marino
Penalty: 1 point
Reasons: Infringement of point 15.2 of the regulation. He enters the race server during the Qualifying session despite not being able to participate in the GP as he was not pre-classified, and despite being notified of it in the practice server chat before the GP.

Penalized driver: Valsenninha
Penalty: 3 points
Reasons: Infringement of the parc fermé procedure and training lap. After qualifying, he breaks the parc fermé and does not notify the organization, which by relocating the grid to apply sanctions ignores the fact and restores his original position, causing an empty gap on the grid. Instead of starting from the pits, he goes out onto the track before countdown ends and performs the formation lap, entering the pit lane at the end of it and stopping on the pitlane light. As he does not make a stop in his pit box, the simulator waits a while and places him on the grid, and due to all these events, he forces all the drivers to wait on the grid. Finally, he starts from the grid having been forced, but makes a DT voluntarily. The stewards consider that, despite having failed in his procedure, he has not obtained any advantage of time, and has even lost a bit time, and they value the self-imposed sanction together with the points that are applied to him as sufficient punishment. In addition, they consider that it will be necessary to clarify the procedure of parc fermé and start from boxes in the regulations.
