Hi Lorenzo, and welcome to the league. Yes of course you can race. First place I'd suggest reading the regulations (there's an option in the main menu) and then, yes there's a pre-qualy to do: you have to complete a certain number of laps in the server and one of them must be under a certain time. You can check it at: http://nrdcan.ddns.net:8081/vmliveview/hotlaps.php

That page only shows league drivers, I'll add you to the list later today.
